With compassion as my driving force, I started my career as Support Care Worker at a high care aged care facility in 2005, which was challenging, yet gave me a lot of education and experience in handling various clients including their medication. I then progressed to working for a local council in Melbourne Metro community, where I found my work enjoyable and I underwent constantly required training to deal with challenges and face challenging behaviours.
With my progress and lovely support from clients, I am now an owner of a successful NDIS registered provider business since 2012. We remain as a family business with sole aim to ensure our services are driven with compassion, zeal, integrity & determination towards our constant mission to support and empower our clients.
All our staff are qualified, skilled, experienced and hold required certifications. We have an excellent rapport with all our long standing clients, who rate us highly and have all been added to our list through “word of mouth”. Having dealt with clients from various backgrounds coupled with years of professional & industry experience and our attitude of “going extra mile” we are confident to steer improvement in any client we take on to ensure their well-being & achieve their respective goals.
